This is where we meet with you to discuss your needs, vision, budget, and timeline for the project. It’s crucial for understanding your goals and preferences.
We evaluate the layout of the space and plan the arrangement of furniture, fixtures, and other elements to optimize functionality and flow.
Based on the initial consultation, we develop a concept or theme for your space. This may involve creating mood boards, sketches, or digital renderings to convey the proposed design direction.
We help you select appropriate options that align with their vision and budget. This includes paint, finishes, flooring, plumbing, appliances, tile, lighting, furnishings and accessories. Pricing can take 2 days – 2 weeks for custom pieces. Expect proposals during that timeframe.
We coordinate the orders and deliveries of furnishings on a timeline that lines up with the completion of the project. We collaborate with contractors and tradespeople to ensure your project is running smoothly.
We oversee and coordinate deliveries and installations. Evaluation of the layout of the spacing and furniture arrangement, fixtures, and other elements to optimize functionality and flow.
After the final install, we ensure your space is fully complete and ready to move in. We finish it off with the final touches like, rug and artwork placement, lamps and accessories. Even the beds will be made!
